Self Adhesive Labels
Self-adhesive label products are manufactured from
a web of material and supplied into the Pharmaceutical
Industry on a roll for automated application on high
speed packaging lines.
The labels are applied to bottles, securitainers, ampoules
and medical devices such as syringes. Label materials
vary according to their application, the division converts
paper, polyester, polypropylene and vinyl products,
printed and die cut according to agreed customer specifications.
Technical support is provided ensuring the right selection
of adhesives for example, permanent, repositionable,
tamper evident, depending on customer application needs.
Special processes such as additional security slitting,
over-laminating to prevent product contamination and
tri-laminate conversion for pharmacy coupon redemption
are available within the M.Y. Healthcare label product
portfolio. A total label reconciliation service is provided
to customers removing the need to count labels for issuing
to lines or returning the stock.
