Leaflets
Leaflet products are manufactured using web and flat sheet
lithographic printing technology and supplied into the
Pharmaceutical Industry in three formats; folded, flat,
and on-roll.
The Division uses a wide range of folding equipment to
provide accurately folded leaflets for pack insertion
on high-speed blister lines. Folding presentation is determined
by agreed customer specification and pack size. The on-roll
leaflet provides the customer with the opportunity to
maximise packaging line speeds and utilisation in particular
for high volume batches, whereas flat packs provide customers
with the flexibility to purchase smaller volumes. The
Division also provides special products such as on-roll
Pre-Folded Leaflets, enabling customers to increase the
leaflet size of high volume products without reducing
packaging line speeds. Other special applications such
as sachet leaflets, mini packs, spot glued leaflets and
security labelled leaflets are available within the division.
